Tyn Y Mur Touring and Camping Park, Abersoch, Wales Review 2019
Are you looking for somewhere to camp near to Abersoch, Wales? Well Tyn-Y-Mur Touring and Camping Park is pretty close and it's a pretty good site too.
With marvellous views and a good playground, there is just enough to do for the kids and it is big enough for there to be plenty of kids there at any one time but not so big you need to give them directions to get back to the tent! It is also fairly safe with fences and hedges preventing wandering off.
It is well kept and clean, the shower block is very clean and in great condition, presumably quite new. There is a small shop and an onsite hot food van. Abersoch is 1 mile away but as the site is at the top of a decent hill it is a bit of an uphill slog on the way back! Tough for the little ones.
